Cancellation Policy

These policies help protect the time and energy of myself and all my clients, and ensure fairness to all involved.

Cancellations & Reschedulling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I ask for at least 48hours (two days) notice.

You can cancel or reschedule your session using the link provided in your confirmation email.

If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you may reschedule at no extra cost.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, or do not attend, the session will be considered used and is non-refundable, unless in exceptional circumstances.

Refunds

You can be automatically refunded for a cancellation made up to 48 hours before the appointment, using the link in your confirmation email.

I do not offer refunds for:

  • Missed sessions

  • Late cancellations (within 48 hours)

  • Partially used coaching packages

However, if you book a multi-session package and need to stop partway through due to significant personal reasons, please get in touch. I will always do my best to treat every situation with compassion and care, and may offer to pause or transfer unused sessions if appropriate.

Changes or Exceptions

If I need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, I’ll give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time. If a suitable alternative cannot be found, I will offer a full refund for the affected session.
