Welcome to my homepage for Health & Wellbeing Coaching.

I’m trained by the NHS-commissioned Personalised Care Institute (PCI) to coach people managing their health and wellbeing.

In addition to PCI Accreditation I have also completed many short courses to develop my skills, particularly for clients finding ADHD and neurodivergence a challenge. These include:
