The better we know ourselves, the more able we are to advocate for our needs to be met. You deserve to be healthy and well.
In coaching we often talk about the actions we can take to improve our own health and wellbeing, like changes to routines or diet. But sometimes even if we’re doing all we can, the systems, environment, or people around us can prevent us from accessing our full health and wellbeing needs.
Many people are not aware of the reasonable adjustments that can, and should, be made available to support them, whether in work, study, in health care or in every day life.
